How to use Akiya X
Akiya X helps you find a house in Japan, in English.
We hide listings that cannot be rebuilt, look like ruins, or sit in a severe hazard zone. We score the rest on location, the building, foreign-buyer readiness, and value. This email is how to start.

Questions
What is Akiya X?
Akiya X is a website that lists Japan houses and land in English. It hides listings that fail basic checks and scores the rest so you can compare them.
How do I start?
Go to Search, pick a region, and look at the scores. Open a listing and read the score before the photos. Save the search if you want new matches by email.
What does a free account add?
You can browse listings with no account. A free account adds email alerts on saved searches and one spec-sheet unlock per month. Unlocks stay open on that account.
Does Akiya X replace a local real estate professional?
No. A licensed local professional still handles the offer, contract, and registration. Akiya X gives you the score, translation, and risk notes first.
